We need to allow our bodies time to warm up and start breaking into a sweat. If we just lift a single weight or pull on something that gives resistance this will have no effect on our bodies. This is why we want to work out for at least thirty minutes in a session. This way we can get our heart rate up and our blood pumping through our bodies. If we can’t achieve this then we are not going to get the results we are working for.
When working out take your time and really work on your results. The more time and energy you put into a workout the greater your results.
